- Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final.
- When will I receive my order?
Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive after your SHIPPING confirmation e-mail! During a pre-order period it will generally take 21-28 business days to receive the shipping e-mail, and for in-stock orders it can take 2-7 business days to receive the shipping e-mail!
- I ordered internationally, do I need to pay customs fees?
Depending on your country, you may need to pay customs or taxes applicable to your order. Concept 100 operates within the USA and is NOT liable for any additional fees/taxes incurred by shipping to a foreign country.
- What do I do if my order hasn't shown up in over 2 weeks since the shipping confirmation e-mail?
Unfortunately, orders do sometimes get lost. Completely lost orders are very rare! Sometimes they get lost in USPS' system for a time, and eventually turn up. If it has been 2 weeks since you placed your order (Domestic USA only, 4 weeks International), and you haven't received it yet, please contact me and I will assist you! (Be sure to include your order number!)
- How do I avoid having to wait too long for my order, and being kept in the dark? (I ordered non-tracked)
In most cases, purchasing tracking at checkout is the best idea! You will be able to track your order from the time it enters USPS' system to the time when it is delivered to you! (NOTE; This does not expedite the production process of a new release) For peace of mind during the actual shipping process, it is highly recommended! All parts of the process are controlled up until the item is shipped to you.

Questions about orders require an order number. If you e-mail me without an order number, I will ask you for it, so please include it in the first e-mail to be assisted as quickly as possible!
